Appointment requests

The request form asks for your name, email, phone number, preferred date, time, time zone and appointment format. The completed form is emailed to the clinic so Lilyfields Medicare can manage your request and contact you about arrangements. Please do not include medical history, test results or patient documents in the public booking form.

Confirmation and fees

A request is not a confirmed booking. The clinic confirms the appointment time, clinician, consultation fee and any payment arrangements before your visit. No payment is taken through this website.

Online consultations

Your clinician will assess whether an online consultation is appropriate. An in-person visit or further investigations may be necessary. Video visits require an individual invitation. Do not share your access link or code. The platform does not record consultations.

Information handling

Appointment details submitted through the form are emailed to the clinic and held for clinic staff to manage the request. Ordinary email is not a channel for sending sensitive medical records. Contact the clinic to ask about access to, correction or deletion of your information and its retention arrangements. Video service details will be provided with your invitation. Avoid sending sensitive medical information over ordinary email or WhatsApp unless the clinical team has agreed an appropriate process with you.
